Processing TimeOrders are generally processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received.During busy periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.Custom and Aera print‑on‑demand or AI‑personalised items may require 3–7 working days for design and production before dispatch.Processing times do not include weekends or UK public holidays

Dropshipping & Multiple ShipmentsApollo Direct UK operates using dropshipping and print‑on‑demand partners for many items.Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and on different days.Some products may be shipped directly from UK or overseas partner warehouses.Tracking details will be provided where available for each shipment.

Order TrackingOnce your order has been dispatched:You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please:Check with neighbours and safe places.Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.If still unresolved, email us at support@apollodirectuk.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.7. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues7.1 Incorrect or Incomplete AddressPlease ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.If an order is returned to us or our supplier due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the parcel.7.2 Failed Delivery / Unclaimed ParcelsIf a parcel is returned as unclaimed or due to failed delivery attempts:We may issue a refund minus original shipping costs (if any) once the item is received back, orResend the parcel with an additional shipping charge, depending on the product and supplier.Some dropship items may not be returnable; in these cases refunds may not be possible.8. Damaged or Lost Packages10.1 Damaged in TransitIf your order arrives damaged:Take clear photos of the packaging and product.Contact us at support@apollodirectuk.com within 48 hours of delivery.Include your order number and evidence of damage.We will work with the carrier and supplier to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.10.2 Lost in TransitA parcel is considered lost when:The tracking has not updated for an extended period; andThe carrier confirms it as lost.In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to carrier investigation and supplier policy.11.
